The DIELINE Awards 2027 jury represents the full spectrum of the global packaging and CPG design industry — from independent studios to global agencies, in-house brand teams to industry thought leaders.
Every entry is reviewed by specialists in the relevant category. Skincare is judged by skincare designers and brand leaders. Beverage by beverage. Sustainability by sustainability experts. No judge may vote on their own work — and no category is judged by generalists.

How Judging Works
Every entry is scored across five criteria. Each entry is reviewed independently by multiple jurors, with category specialists evaluating the work most relevant to their expertise.
Originality of concept. Boldness of expression. The leap that separates good work from memorable work.
Commercial sensibility. Shelf presence. Whether the design will actually win in the real world it was made for.
Material, structural, system, or experiential breakthrough. The work that changes what packaging can do.
Craft. Finish. Production quality. The discipline of getting every detail right at every touchpoint.
How the design carries the brand. Identity coherence. Whether the package is a chapter in a larger brand story.
Independent. Specialist. Global.
Every entry is reviewed by jurors with hands-on expertise in the relevant category. No celebrity panels, no token chairs — specialists who understand the work and the standards.
