How it works
Three steps.
No platform gymnastics.
Tell us the count
Email the tier and how many entries you expect to submit. If you are not sure of the exact number, buy the band you are confident in — you can add more later at the rate in force then.
We invoice you
A standard invoice, payable by transfer or card. Purchase orders and procurement paperwork are fine — send them over and we will work to them.
You get a code
Once the invoice is settled we issue a code for the entries you bought. Redeem it on the entry platform whenever your work is ready, in one batch or across several.
The fine print, in plain words
What you are
actually buying.
- The rate is locked. Entries are bought at the window that is live on the day you pay. The deadline ladder keeps climbing; your price does not.
- The code runs all season. Redeem any time up to the final deadline on February 27, 2027. There is no requirement to submit everything at once.
- Every tier qualifies. Professional, Independent, and Concept & Student all take the same percentage.
- One project, many categories. Each category submission uses one entry from your balance.
- Entries are non-refundable, in line with the standard entry terms — but unused entries stay valid to the final deadline.
Questions.
Can I mix tiers in one purchase?
No. A purchase covers one tier. If you need entries in more than one tier, they are invoiced separately and each purchase counts on its own for the discount band.
What if I buy ten and only use seven?
The unused three stay on your code until the final deadline. They are not refunded, so buy the band you are reasonably confident of rather than the aspirational one.
Can I add entries later?
Yes, at the rate in force when you add them. If the addition takes your total across a band you get the better percentage on the new entries.
Do we need a purchase order?
Only if your finance team does. Send the PO number with your request and it will appear on the invoice.
Is this the same as the deadline discount?
No, and they stack. The deadline ladder sets the per-entry rate; bulk pricing takes a percentage off whatever that rate is. Entering early and in volume is the cheapest way in.
Ready when you are.
Send the tier and the count. We will come back with an invoice, usually the same business day.
